Eating grains like rice, breads, pastas, and cereals are great for a low cholesterol diet as well. You will want to avoid eating foods that contain grains and high fat contents as well. Usually whole grain foods are best for a diet low in cholesterol.

Low Cholesterol Foods: Sweets

You may have thought that you would have to cross all sweets off your list of low cholesterol foods; however, there are some sweets that it is okay to eat, even when you are watching your cholesterol. Sweets like Popsicles, frozen yogurt, angel food cake, and low fat candy and cookies are fine as long as they are eaten in moderation.

Eating a low cholesterol diet is not as hard as it may seem; in fact, there are a variety of great things you can keep on your list of low cholesterol foods. No doubt you will barely even miss foods that you used to eat and you will feel much healthier as well.
